Built for full-frame Sony E and Nikon Z mirrorless.
Built for Astrophotography and Nightscapes: The optical design — an XGM (eXpanded Glass Molded Aspherical) element, three GM aspherical elements, and multiple special elements — suppresses peripheral blurring and color fringing while correcting sagittal coma flare, delivering corner-to-corner sharpness that makes this lens a natural for the night sky and interiors.
Pro Performance Minus the Weight: Just 4.7" (119.3mm) long and 20.2 oz (570 g) for Sony E (4.8" / 585 g for Nikon Z), with the professional control set — switches, rings, and TAMRON Lens Utility™ compatibility for seamless video and stills customization.
VXD Autofocus: Tamron's VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) linear motor delivers high-speed, high-precision, near-silent focusing for both stills and video.
