NiSi 112mm Circular NC ND8 (3 Stop) Filter for Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8S
NiSi 112mm Circular NC ND8 (3 Stop) Filter for Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8S
Key Features
This 3-stop ND filter threads directly onto the Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8S's 112mm filter ring, letting you shoot with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than the ambient light would normally allow. A 3-stop is a lighter touch than NiSi's 6-stop or 10-stop options, commonly used for capturing waterfalls and water flow at shutter speeds around 0.5 to 2 seconds rather than the multi-minute exposures a stronger ND enables. The frame is brass-milled rather than aluminum, and an infrared coating layer keeps colors accurate at small apertures where ND filters are otherwise prone to a red cast.
- 3-stop light reduction: direct 112mm fit for the Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8S.
- Suited to 0.5-2 second exposures: a common range for capturing waterfalls and flowing water.
- Infrared protection coating: corrects the red color cast that plain ND filters can introduce at small apertures.
- Brass-milled frame: ultra-thin, double-sided nano-coated optical glass in a highly accurate brass-milled housing.
