The Sony UWP-D26 bundles a UTX-B40 bodypack transmitter and a UTX-P40 XLR plug-on transmitter with a single URX-P40 receiver, giving one system two ways to mic a subject — lavalier or handheld/shotgun via XLR. It ships with Sony's ECM-V1BMP lavalier mic and covers ENG, documentary, and event work with the same digital audio processing and true diversity reception as the rest of the UWP-D line. This 14UC-band unit tunes 470.125–541.875 MHz.
