The Sony FX9 Recoil with Dual Trigger Grips is Zacuto's Next Generation shoulder rig built specifically for the Sony FX9. Because lenses and camera bodies weigh about the same, a shoulder rig's balance point naturally sits where lens meets body -- directly over your shoulder, with the camera body trailing behind you. Recoil corrects for that by relocating focus, monitoring, and camera controls forward, so the rig ends up lighter, shorter, and properly balanced on your shoulder.

• VCT Pro Baseplate: sliding top plate for quick camera removal or lens changes, a built-in curved shoulder pad, a v-wedge tripod connector with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screw options, and removable/extendable 6.5" iris rods with quick-release 15mm rod parts in the rear.
• FX9 Dual Trigger Grips: single-handed 360-degree rotation with a trigger press -- flip down for a low handgrip, raise for an Aaton-style position, or flip fully up to set the camera flat for storage or ground placement.
