NiSi 46mm Black Mist Kit with 1/4, 1/8 and Case

The NiSi 46mm Black Mist Kit bundles both the 1/4 and 1/8 intensity Black Mist filters with a case, giving a 46mm-thread shooter two starting points for cinematic diffusion rather than committing to just one strength. NiSi recommends 1/4 as a starting point for stills and 1/8 for filming, since each grade roughly doubles the diffusion effect of the one below it. Beyond portraits, the filters suit night photography, landscape, and still life work where a softer, more film-like highlight quality is the goal.

• Two intensities included: Bundles both the 1/4 and 1/8 Black Mist filters, with 1/2 stop being the strongest available grade in the line (each grade roughly doubles the effect).
• Recommended starting points: NiSi suggests 1/4 as a good starting point for stills photography and 1/8 for filming.
• Highlight and shadow balance: Suppresses highlights and lifts shadows for well-balanced contrast with a strong, glowing light source.
• Versatile creative use: Suited to portraits, night photography, landscape, and still life for a cinematic, film-like highlight quality.
• Includes case: Ships with a case to keep both filters organized and protected.
