The MOTU 8D is a digital audio interface built for engineers who need to route and convert AES3, S/PDIF, AVB-TSN, and USB audio in the same system. It suits studios and live sound installers who need standalone, computer-free operation alongside a full DSP mixer. Wireless control via a standard Wi-Fi router means the 8D can run without a laptop tethered to it.
