The Middle Things Fiber Dispatch 5 converts 5 channels of SDI in/out 4K video into 5 optical fiber outputs using Neutrik OpticalCon Duo connectors, built for on-location multi-camera workflows.
- 5-Channel Fiber Conversion: Merges input and return feed cable pairs into single fiber cables per camera, insensitive to electromagnetic interference.
- Compact 1U Rack Design: Fits inside an existing video rack with built-in fans for proper cooling, connecting up to 5 cameras via a Fiber Camera Box.
- Neutrik OpticalCon Duo Connectors: Compatible with standard LC/LC fiber cables as well as rugged OpticalCon Advanced Duo and Duo Lite cables.
- Supports 3G, 6G, and 12G SDI: Handles video signals up to 2160p60 over single-mode fiber.
- Compatible with Fiber Camera Box, Bridge 5/10: Also works with Blackmagic's Mini Converter Optical Fiber 12G using 12G SFP modules.
