Key Features
The Genustech Universal Adapter Bar System is a carbon fiber 15mm rod baseplate built for large-sensor cameras like the Sony FS700, Canon EOS C300, and Panasonic AF100. It's aimed at shooters who need to mount matte boxes, follow focus systems, and other rod-based accessories on cameras that don't have a native rod-mount baseplate. Adjustable rod height and top-plate movement let the same baseplate accommodate different camera bodies and accessory setups.
- 250mm carbon fiber 15mm rods: Provides a lightweight, rigid mounting rail for matte boxes and follow focus systems front or back.
- Four-corner camera fixation: Secures the camera to the rods at all four corners for stability.
- Slide-off quick release top plate: Doubles as a quick release plate and slides for fine balance adjustment, held by two end stops.
- Non-slip rubber strips: Prevents wobbling and scratching where the camera meets the back plate.
- Aviation-grade aluminum construction: Keeps the rig strong while staying lightweight.
