Zacuto ACT Baseplate
Key Features
The Zacuto ACT Baseplate is an Arca-Swiss compatible camera baseplate built for shoulder-mount rigs, with front and back 15mm rod ports for matte boxes, follow focus, and lens supports. Its built-in curved gel shoulder pad and sliding top camera plate are aimed at operators who need to rebalance the rig quickly when swapping lenses. Because both the camera plate and tripod mount are Arca-Swiss compatible, it transitions easily between shoulder-mount and tripod shooting styles.
- Arca-Swiss compatible top and bottom: Works with all cameras and transitions easily between shoulder rig and tripod use.
- Dual 15mm rod ports, front and back: Mounts matte boxes, follow focus, and lens support accessories on both sides.
- Built-in curved gel shoulder pad: Adds comfort directly to the baseplate for shoulder-mount shooting.
- Sliding red top camera plate: Allows easy rebalancing for different lens weights and configurations.
- 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 screw holes: Connects directly to tripod quick release plates without an adapter.
