This VigilLink 2CH Dante USB Audio Encoder/Decoder is a Dante Ultimo-based USB sound card adapter built to bridge a computer's USB audio directly onto a Dante network. Its compact, plug-and-play design is aimed at recording studios, festivals, and concert productions that need a portable way to get a laptop onto a Dante audio system.
- USB 2.0 Full Speed Audio Class Device: Compliant with USB Audio Device Class Specification V1.0 for driver-free operation on most systems.
- Analog Sound Card with MIC Input and SPK Output: Bridges a computer's audio directly to and from the Dante network.
- Up to 96kHz/24-Bit Sampling: Supports 44.1kHz, 48kHz, and 96kHz audio sample rates.
- AES67 RTP Audio Transport: Interoperates with other AES67-compliant audio-over-IP systems via the Dante network.
- USB or PoE Powered: Runs from USB 5V power or IEEE 802.3af Class 0 PoE, whichever is available.
- Compact, Portable Design: Built for quick setup and teardown at studios, festivals, and live events.
