The MID49 Top Plate for Blackmagic PYXIS attaches to the top of the camera, adding 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded holes with ARRI accessory pins, M4x20mm ARRI-standard threaded holes, and ventilation cutouts that keep the PYXIS's cooling fan clear.
- Center ARCA dovetail clamp: Mounts MID49's Rainbow Handle Kit, ARCA Top Handle, ARCA Top Plate, or gimbal adapter plates for the Freefly Mōvi Pro and DJI Ronin 2.
- ARRI accessory pins throughout: Keeps mounted accessories from rotating once attached.
- Side 3/8-16 ARRI mounts: Accepts MID49's Cage NATO Side Arm for building out a full cage.
- Ventilated for the PYXIS fan: Doesn't block the camera's built-in cooling.
- Quick switch between handheld and studio modes: Via the same dovetail clamp interface.
