Softron M|8i Bundle (8xMR, DC 12G/4C, Dongle)

The Softron M|8i Bundle pairs an 8-channel PCIe capture card with eight MovieRecorder software licenses, built for Mac-based multicam ingest setups using a Mac Pro or a Thunderbolt expansion chassis. It's aimed at productions that need to record several HD or 4K camera feeds simultaneously into MovieRecorder without buying separate capture hardware and software licenses piecemeal. Because the card mixes 3G and 12G SDI connectors, it's built to flex between channel-dense HD ingest and lower-channel-count 4K capture on the same hardware.

• DELTA-12G-elp-h 4c capture card: Provides 8 configurable SDI in/out connectors plus a dedicated reference (or Audio LTC) input.
• 8x MovieRecorder licenses on one dongle: Licenses ingest software for up to eight HD channels, or four 4K channels, from a single bundle.
• Mixed 3G/12G connector design: 4 connectors are 3G (HD) and 4 are 12G (4K), so channel count depends on the HD/4K mix selected.
• UHD capture scaling by installation: Supports up to four channels of UHD25/30p, or two channels of UHD50/60p when run through a Thunderbolt chassis instead of an internal PCIe slot.
• High-profile mounting bracket: Fits the card into a Mac Pro or third-party Thunderbolt expansion chassis.
• Expandable licensing: Additional OnTheAir Video or Multicam Logger licenses can be added to the same dongle.
