The OptoLink DHFC-200D is a detachable DisplayPort 1.2-to-HDMI 2.0 converting active optical cable, extending 4K (4096x2160) at 60Hz up to 100m (328 feet) over a plenum-graded or LSZH hybrid cable without scaling or data compression along the way. Its detachable design separates the DisplayPort and HDMI connector hardware from the fiber cable itself, so it installs and routes like a standard copper cable rather than a fixed, bulky optical assembly.
- 4K@60Hz Up to 100m: extends DisplayPort 1.2 signal, converted to HDMI 2.0, up to 100 meters (328 feet) at 4096x2160 60Hz (RGB and YCbCr 4:4:4).
- Detachable Connector Design: separates the DisplayPort and HDMI connector hardware from the optical cable for slim, flexible installation.
- High-Retention HDMI Connector: the HDMI (Rx) side uses a high-retention connector for stronger hold than a standard HDMI plug; the DisplayPort side secures via its own locking mechanism.
- No Scaling or Compression: signal passes through without scaling or data compression, avoiding the added transmission burden those steps introduce.
