Experience exceptional image quality across diverse lighting conditions, thanks to its bright f/2.8 maximum aperture. This wide aperture not only excels in low light but also provides beautiful subject isolation with pleasing bokeh. The advanced optical construction, featuring 9 elements in 8 groups and 2 aspherical elements, ensures sharpness and clarity. Its Stepping Motor (STM) delivers fast, accurate, and remarkably quiet autofocus, making it equally adept for both still photography and video recording with minimal operational noise.

Designed for intuitive use, the NIKKOR Z 28mm f/2.8 (SE) incorporates Internal Focusing (IF) to maintain a consistent lens length, facilitating closer focusing distances down to 0.63 ft (0.19m) without altering its compact footprint.
