Leveraging advanced S-Line optics, the NIKKOR Z 14-30mm f/4 S utilizes ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) glass and Super Integrated Coatings to achieve outstanding sharpness, contrast, and color purity while meticulously correcting chromatic aberrations and ghosting. Its stepping motor ensures fast, accurate, and near-silent autofocus, making it ideal for both stills photography and high-quality video production where quiet operation is paramount. Furthermore, this groundbreaking lens is the first full-frame/FX format ultra-wide NIKKOR to accept front-mounted filters, expanding creative possibilities for landscape, architectural, and astrophotography.

The Internal Focusing (IF) design prevents the lens from changing length during operation, contributing to its balanced handling and compact form factor. An electromagnetic diaphragm mechanism provides precise and consistent aperture control, particularly beneficial during rapid-fire continuous shooting. From sweeping landscapes and majestic architecture to dynamic event coverage and cinematic sequences, the NIKKOR Z 14-30mm f/4 S empowers photographers and videographers to capture breathtaking wide-angle perspectives with unparalleled clarity and control.
