At the core of its optical performance is Nikon's innovative Close Range Correction (CRC) System, which ensures exceptional sharpness and clarity even at close focusing distances, expanding its utility beyond typical wide-angle applications. Complementing this is the Super Integrated Coating, a sophisticated multi-layer treatment that significantly reduces flare and ghosting, delivering superior color balance and contrast across the entire frame. The 7-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasingly natural bokeh, isolating subjects with smooth background blur.

Designed for the Nikon F-Bayonet mount, the AF Nikkor 24mm f/2.8D is fully compatible with both FX and DX-format cameras, offering an impressive 84° angle of view on FX sensors and a versatile 61° on DX. Its autofocus capabilities, combined with precise manual focus override, provide photographers with fast, accurate focusing and creative control. Whether capturing sweeping vistas, candid street scenes, or environmental portraits, this lens consistently delivers professional-grade results, embodying Nikon's legacy of optical excellence in a portable package.
