The Irix Cine Matte Box IQ is a lightweight carbon-fiber compendium built to eliminate flares and reflections while letting Irix magnetic filters work with any lens. Its 95mm outer flange mount and adapter compatibility are designed to fit a wide range of camera setups.
- Relocates the Magnetic Mount System: Moves Irix's MMS from the lens to the matte box, so Irix magnetic filters work with any lens, not just Irix glass.
- Reduces flares and reflections: Helps keep shots sharp and precise in difficult lighting conditions or high-intensity spaces.
- Native 95mm flange mount: Mounts directly to a 95mm outer flange, with additional adapters available for 52mm to 86mm front filter threads.
- Wide-angle compatible: Works with lenses from 15mm and above on full-frame sensor cameras.
- Lightweight carbon-fiber build: Matte-coated compendium avoids internal reflections while staying compact and easy to transport.
