The SKB 3RR 9U Removable Shock Rack is a roto-molded rack transport case built for touring and install crews who need to protect rack-mounted electronics from drops, moisture, and rough handling. It's part of SKB's STAC stackable case system and meets MIL-STD 810G specifications for impact, water, and dust resistance.
- MIL-STD 810G Construction: Molded from impact-resistant, UV-stabilized LLDPE with airtight, waterproof construction rated to military shipping standards.
- 8 Elastomeric Shock Absorbers: Support a standard payload range of 40 to 150 lbs, with an extended 160-300 lb range available as a special order.
- Removable Rack Interior: A patent-pending positive-lock rack slides open like a file drawer and is fully removable for bench integration.
- Stackable STAC System: Molded-in stacking ribs, lugs, and coupling straps let this 20-inch-deep, 9U case stack securely with other SKB 3RR and 3RS cases.
- Standard 19-Inch Rack Rails: Square-hole rack rails accept #10-32 US standard or 6mm International cage nuts, supplied with the case.
