Beyond its featherlight design, the E 20 mm F2.8 APS-C Ultra-wide Prime Lens delivers outstanding optical quality. Its fast f/2.8 maximum aperture excels in low-light conditions, allowing for bright, clear images even when ambient light is scarce. This wide aperture also enables beautiful background defocusing, enhanced by a 7-blade circular aperture, creating smooth, attractive bokeh that helps subjects stand out with artistic flair. Special aspherical lens elements are meticulously incorporated to effectively suppress distortion and various aberrations, ensuring superb edge-to-edge sharpness and clarity across the entire frame.

Designed for seamless integration into your workflow, this prime lens features smooth, quiet autofocus operation, making it equally adept at capturing spontaneous stills or recording high-quality video without distracting focus motor noise. The durable metal finish not only lends a premium aesthetic but also contributes to its robust yet lightweight construction. With a 20mm focal length (30mm equivalent on full-frame), a 70° angle of view, and a minimum focus distance of 0.66 ft, it offers creative flexibility for a wide range of subjects. The Sony E 20 mm F2.8 APS-C Ultra-wide Prime Lens is an indispensable tool for creators seeking a discreet, high-performance wide-angle solution to fuel their creative vision.
