The Tilta Hydra Alien Pro Car Mounting System is a next-generation gimbal support solution built for car-mounted cinematography, scaling from lightweight gimbals up to the Ronin 2. A combination of dovetail-style plates and suction cups lets operators fine-tune shot placement to nearly any angle on a vehicle.
- Retractable Safety Pins: Newly designed dovetail plates feature retractable safety pins at every mounting position for improved safety.
- High Payload Shock-Absorbing Arm: A redesigned shock-absorbing arm supports payloads up to 28.7 lbs with a motorized head that stabilizes like a gimbal.
- Remote Damping Adjustment: Paired with an optional Nucleus Nano 2 Control Handle, damping on the shock-absorbing head adjusts remotely in real time.
- Sliding Position Adjustment: A new sliding design makes small position adjustments to the arm quick and easy.
- Scales from Entry-Level to Ronin 2: Works with lightweight gimbals for smooth, user-friendly results, up to the Ronin 2 when rigged with Speed Rail.
