Description
The FieldCast Power Box One sends power down the same fiber run as camera data, letting a camera operator work untethered from batteries while a rack-mounted box back at base keeps power flowing over FieldCast Hybrid Main Cables. It's built for multi-camera fiber productions where four cameras or other SDI/fiber gear need centralized power without individual battery packs. Redundant internal power supplies mean a single supply failure doesn't take a camera off the air.
- Redundant dual power supplies: Two 24V 150W power supplies are installed, so the second takes over automatically if one fails.
- Powers up to 4 cameras over fiber: Four built-in XLR connections feed FieldCast Hybrid Main Cables to power cameras or other SDI/fiber equipment remotely.
- 1RU rack-mount design: Steel 19" rack unit with a 15cm depth, built to mount alongside a FieldCast Power Panel.
- Compact and lightweight: Weighs 2.08kg in a rounded-edge steel enclosure with a black finish.
