Key Features
The Explore Scientific 120° Series 9mm Waterproof Eyepiece is built for visual astronomers who want both a wide field of view and close-up detail on the object they're observing. Its 120-degree apparent field of view keeps objects in frame longer, which is especially useful on telescopes without a tracking drive.
- 120° Apparent Field of View: Shows more sky at once while still keeping the target object close up and detailed.
- Long Object Transit Time: Keeps objects in the field of view longer, a real benefit on undriven mounts like a Dobsonian.
- 12.5mm Eye Relief: Comfortable viewing distance supports the use of averted vision for spotting faint objects.
- 2.00" Barrel: Fits standard 2-inch focusers with a 15.7mm field stop diameter.
- 1-Year Limited Warranty: Extends to the Explore STAR transferable warranty when registered within 60 days of purchase.
