Key Features
The Phottix Ares II Wireless Flash Transmitter is a 2.4GHz radio trigger built to fire flashes, compacts, and battery-pack lighting alongside a matching Ares II Receiver. It's aimed at photographers who need reliable multi-group, multi-channel control at longer range than optical triggers can manage.
- 490ft Working Range: Fires connected Ares II Receivers at up to 490 feet apart on a 2.4GHz signal.
- 16 Channels with 4 Groups: Four groups (A/B/C/D) can be controlled individually for flexible multi-light setups.
- Backward Compatible with Strato II and Indra500: Channels 1-4 also support Strato II Receivers and the Indra500.
- 1/250 Second Max Sync Speed: Backlit LCD screen displays current channel and group settings at a glance.
- Camera Brand Support: Works with Canon, Nikon, and Sony (MIS) hot shoes via a single-pin connection.
