Impulse Camera Giveaway Official Rules (2025)

THIS PROMOTION IS VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITY, RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS, MANDATORY ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND LIMITS ON YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION WITHOUT CLASS RELIEF.

Eligibility

The Impulse Camera Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Impulse Camera (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent) or household members of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on October 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 15, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway. All mail-in entries must be received by December 15, 2025, to be eligible.

Two Ways to Enter

1. Purchase at Impulse Camera:

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent on qualifying purchases made at Impulse Camera (either in-store or online at impulsecameras.com).

  There are no bonus entries for higher spending amounts. Sponsor reserves the right to add promotional bonuses at its sole discretion.

  Returned or refunded purchases before the drawing date will void associated entries.

  All purchases are subject to Impulse Camera’s standard return policy.
  

2. Mail-In Entry:

To receive one (1) entry without making a purchase:

  Handprint your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), email address, and daytime phone number on a 3”x5” piece of paper.

Limit one (1) entry per envelope.

Entries must be handwritten and received by December 15, 2025.

No limit on the number of mail-in entries per person. Incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries will be void. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Random Drawing

A random drawing will be conducted on or around December 22, 2025, to select one (1) grand prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by an independent organization or authorized representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone and will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Publicity Release (where permitted), and an IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification or fails to complete required documentation, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

No substitutions or cash alternatives permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any component becomes unavailable. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and prize details for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Sponsor and its agents will collect, use, and disclose personal information provided by entrants for the purpose of administering this Giveaway. Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at impulsecameras.com.

Dispute Resolution

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entrants waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings. By entering, you agree to this Dispute Resolution clause.

Winner Announcement

The verified winner’s name will be publicly announced on Impulse Camera’s official website and/or social media platforms on or before December 22, 2025.
