The Ninja Ultra is Atomos's 5" HDR monitor-recorder built for ProRes RAW capture up to 8K30, 6K60, or 4K120, running on the AtomOS 11 platform with monitoring tools like Arri False Color and EL Zone alongside RecordAssist and PlaybackAssist for organizing shots on set. Atomos Connect enables cloud workflows directly from the unit — dual recording ProRes RAW/H.265 for Camera to Cloud, or 4K H.265 for instant publishing — and SDI Cine automates filename matching, timecode, and record triggers from major camera brands including ARRI, Canon, RED, and Sony.
- ProRes RAW up to 8K30, 6K60, or 4K120: also supports DNxHD and H.265 (HEVC) codecs.
- Atomos Connect cloud workflows: dual-record ProRes RAW/H.265 for Camera to Cloud, or 4K H.265 for instant publishing.
