The Peak Design Travel Tripod Ultralight Conversion Kit turns a full-size Travel Tripod into a tabletop-sized tripod for backpacking and other weight-conscious trips. It's aimed at Travel Tripod owners who want a lighter option for hikes without buying a second tripod. Swapping in the included foot plugs takes seconds and requires no tools.
- Converts to Tabletop Tripod: Three foot plugs replace the lower 4 leg sections to create an ultralight tabletop tripod.
- Half the Weight: Removing the lower leg sections cuts the tripod's weight roughly in half.
- Still Deploys to 22.5": Even in ultralight mode, the tripod still extends to 57.2cm (22.5 inches).
- Tool-Free Installation: Swapping leg sections for foot plugs requires no tools.
- Fits Carbon and Aluminum Models: Compatible with both carbon fiber and aluminum Peak Design Travel Tripod models.
