Description
The Silence Corner Atoll D is a rotating collar that mounts to your camera body so you can switch between portrait and landscape orientation without removing the camera from the tripod head.
- Rotation Without Removal: Unlike a traditional L-Bracket, you release a locking knob and rotate the camera in place rather than detaching it from the tripod head.
- Orientation Markers: Has tactile indicators at 0°, 90°, and 180° to confirm alignment, and keeps the sensor centered in the ring as you rotate so your composition's center point doesn't shift.
- Articulating Screen Clearance: Doesn't interfere with cameras that have fully articulating screens, unlike a traditional L-Bracket.
- Low-Angle Use: At 180 degrees it can be used under an inverted tripod for low-angle or macro shooting.
- Mounting & Material: Attaches via the 1/4-inch tripod mount without contacting the lens, so lenses can still be swapped while it's mounted; built from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy.
- Arca-Swiss Compatible: Both the mounting foot and the second plate under the camera are Arca-Swiss compatible, and also work with capture clip-style accessories.
