4U SKB Static Shock Rack (20 RD)

The 4U SKB Static Shock Rack (20 RD) is part of SKB's 3RS Series shock-mounted rack cases, isolating an internal aluminum-alloy rack chassis on eight elastomeric shock absorbers to protect sensitive electronics from impact and vibration during transport. It's molded of MIL-STD 810G-rated LMDP polyethylene, measures 20 inches deep between rails, and follows the standard 19" ANSI/EIA-310-C rack width.

• 8-Point Elastomeric Shock Isolation: rated for a standard payload of 40 to 150 lbs (an extended 160-300 lb range is available as a special order).
• Aluminum-Alloy Inner Chassis: 11-gauge hot-rolled carbon steel rack rails meet EIA-310 standards, with sway space around the frame for air circulation and heat dissipation.
• MIL-STD 810G Shell: roto-molded LMDP polyethylene construction is watertight, dustproof, and heat/chemical resistant.
• Square-Hole Rack Rails: accept #10-32 US standard or 6mm international cage nuts, both supplied with the case.
• 2" Deep Front/Rear Lids: accommodate rack gear longer than 20", with gasket-sealed lids, lid hangers, an automatic pressure relief valve, and coupling straps for stacking.
• Color Options: available in Black (standard), Desert Tan, or OD Green.
