Canon RF 24-105mm f/2.8 L IS USM Z Lens
Key Features
The Canon RF 24-105mm f/2.8 L IS USM Z is the world's first 24-105mm lens at a constant f/2.8 aperture, giving photographers and videographers stronger low-light performance and more flattering bokeh than typical f/4 standard zooms. Dual Nano USM motors deliver fast, nearly silent autofocus, while in-lens stabilization provides 5.5 stops of correction on its own, or 8 stops when paired with a compatible camera's Coordinated IS. Its reach to 105mm gives it a portrait-friendly advantage over lenses capped at 70mm, making it a strong choice for weddings, events, and photojournalism.
- Constant f/2.8 Aperture: The first 24-105mm lens at this focal length and aperture, extending to 105mm past the typical 70mm cap.
- Dual Nano USM Autofocus Motors: Delivers fast, quiet focusing with full-time manual override.
- Up to 8 Stops of Stabilization: 5.5 stops from in-lens IS alone, or 8 stops with Coordinated IS on compatible bodies.
- Advanced Optical Formula: Four ultra-low dispersion and three aspherical elements reduce chromatic and spherical aberration.
- Ghosting and Flare Control: Super Spectra, Air Sphere, and Fluorine coatings minimize reflections from harsh lighting.
- 11-Blade Aperture: Renders smooth, visually pleasing out-of-focus areas at any focal length.
