The MID49 Audio Breakout AB-7 is a passive adapter built for ARRI Alexa 35 shooters who need to convert the camera's Sonosax AEM-1 dual mini-XLR outputs to two standard full-size XLR connectors. It attaches to ARRI camera cage components with a captive 1/4-20 screw and rubber pad.
- Sonosax AEM-1 to Dual Full-Size XLR: Converts the ARRI Alexa 35's dual mini XLR outputs to two standard, full-size XLR connectors.
- ARRI Cage-Compatible Mounting: Attaches by a captive 1/4-20 screw and rubber pad, with M4 threaded holes for an optional side mounting bracket.
- Rod-Clampable: Attaches easily to 15mm or 19mm rods using separately available single rod clamps.
- 12-Inch Cable with Mini XLR Connectors: A 12-inch cable terminates in two 3-pin female mini XLR connectors, with right-angle connectors and custom lengths also available.
- Compact and Light: Weighs 1.50oz (42g) and measures 1.36 x 10.91 x 1.09in (35 x 277 x 28mm).
