Key Features
The Tentacle Sync E MKII Standard Set is a pair of small, lightweight timecode generators built to jam-sync cameras and audio recorders without cabling them together. Its Bluetooth 5.0 syncing and included Tentacle Sync Studio software are aimed at productions from YouTube shoots to weddings and multicam setups that want fast, reliable sync without a dedicated timecode technician.
- Bluetooth 5.0 Low-Energy Syncing: Monitor and set up frame rate and TC output level via the free Tentacle Setup App (iOS/Android/macOS/Windows).
- High-Precision TCXO: Less than 1 frame of drift in 24 hours, operating from -30°C to +85°C.
- Built-In Reference Microphone: Captures scratch audio alongside timecode from a single small device.
- Locking Mini-Jack Clamp: Secures a standard 3.5mm connector so it won't pull loose during a shoot.
- Up to 35 Hours of Battery Life: Fast-charges via USB-C in about 1.5 hours.
- Includes Tentacle Sync Studio Software: One macOS software license for single-click syncing of footage in post.
- 30g / 1oz, 38 x 50 x 15mm: Small enough to mount on nearly any camera or recorder via the integrated hook surface.
