• Booking and Payment: Studio rental is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Use of Space: Renters agree to use the studio space responsibly and to leave the space in the condition it was found. Any damage to the studio or its equipment will result in additional charges for repairs or replacement.
